Space-Gard Non-Electronic Air Cleaner- The Space-Gard air cleaner uses an exclusive media filtering process to remove airborne pollutants, and contains no electrical components or moving parts. The unit requires no service, generates no toxic ozone, and is not affected by variations in relative humidity or temperature. The only maintenance required is periodic replacement of the filter media approximately once a year under normal conditions.

The high-efficiency Space-Gard provides 78.6 square feet of filtering surface and can effectively remove up to 99% of all pollen and spores, and up to 90% of smaller particle pollutants such as dust, lint, smoke and soot. An important advantage of media type filtering is that the unit's efficiency actually increases as the media becomes loaded, providing highly effective filtration of particles as small as 1 micron.
